Ein Hinweis vorab

Ein Update der Firmware des Nokia 7110 ist grundsätzlich jederzeit möglich. Im ersten Jahr nach Kauf ist dieses auch kostenfrei. Danach muß schon ein Fehler vorliegen, um ein kostenfreies Update zu erhalten. Erweiterte Funktionen sind kein Grund hierfür.

Dieses Update kann dazu führen, daß Daten verloren gehen. Daß dies keine rein theoretische Möglichkeit ist, habe ich selbst bei Updates meines 7110 erlebt. Nach dem Update waren in einem Fall zumindest alle Daten verschwunden.
