How is my CosyCall™ configured?
As a customer you may change all settings of your CosyCall™ in the
Support section.
The settings will be transferred by SMS to your CosyCall™. Alternatively
you may configure your CosyCall™ by SMS. Further information is provided in the
user manual.

Can I change the uptime of the car heater?
Yes, this can be configured in the
Support section between 1 and 60 minutes.

What kind of mobile subscriber module (SIM) does the CosyCall™ work?
With all callable ones. The PIN of the SIM must either be disabled or set to '0000'.

How can I enable or disable telephone numbers for the CosyCall™?
In the
Support section you may enter additional telephone numbers which would be
accepted by your CosyCall™. The numbers entered will be added to the already stored ones. The memory can hold
up to 100 numbers. Deletion of numbers is not supported online but may be done by sms which is described in the
user manual. Due to higher cost of foreign sms only German mobile networks are supported by the online configuration.

My CosyCall™ acts weird. Is there a way to perform a reset?
Yes, this can be done by sms using the command "R:". If your security code would be "1234" you
would have to send an sms with "1234 R:" to your CosyCall™. Afterwards you should configure it by using
the online form in
Support to make sure all relevant configuration is done.

Can I use the CosyCall™ with a heater preinstalled by the car's manufacturer?
Usually the car companies use modified car heaters which feature different cables and which are often
linked to the car's electric system. The CosyCall™ is not compatible to these systems.

Can I use the CosyCall™ with a Webasto Airtop?
No.

Can I use the CosyCall™ with an Eberspächer heater?
Nein.
